Arrival has secured £500k in a pre-seed funding round led by Fuel Ventures. The capital will be deployed to accelerate growth and expand business partnerships within the Build to Rent sector.
The London-based fintech platform addresses inefficiencies in the rental market by cutting tenant utility setup times from nearly half a day to under three minutes. It also offers managed rent collection products designed to mitigate the cost of rent arrears for landlords.
The fresh injection of funds supports the company as it targets one million units under management by the end of the year.
