A Cambridge-headquartered biopharmaceutical company focused on translating fundamental medical research into innovative medicines through a hub-and-spoke portfolio model.

Apollo Therapeutics has completed the second close of its Series C financing round with an additional $33.5m, bringing its total raised capital to $260m. The round was led by Patient Square Capital, with participation from M&G plc, two major US public pension plans, and existing backer Rock Springs Capital.

The company will direct the new capital toward advancing its pipeline programmes through clinical development, supporting drug discovery activities derived from partner institution research, and licensing or acquiring additional clinical-stage programmes.
