Apoha develops a biophysical data platform that measures molecular and material behaviour to help industries assess candidate viability.

Apoha has raised $36m in funding led by Singular to commercialise its molecular behaviour platform. The round includes participation from Draper Associates alongside existing backers Redalpine, Seedcamp, Wilbe and Nucleus, supplemented by grant funding from Innovate UK.

The London and San Francisco-based company plans to use the capital to scale its platform, which measures how molecules and materials behave under real-world conditions. The technology has already been adopted by partners including Boehringer Ingelheim to screen antibody candidates.

The fresh capital arrives as the firm emerges from stealth, backed by foundational research from Oxford and commercial expertise from the financial sector.
