The Cambridge-based robotics firm received the funding from the Eastern Agri-Tech Growth Initiative.

Antobot has secured £40k in grant funding from the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority to support the development of agricultural robots. The capital will be used to build two mobile agriculture robot prototypes to test and demonstrate the company control units.
The funding aims to accelerate the deployment of agricultural robotics and will create two new full-time jobs. Antobot seeks to capitalise on growth within the global agricultural technology sector as the industry navigates labour shortages.
