AND Digital secures £8m from BGF to accelerate European expansion and create digital jobs.

AND Digital is a British technology consultancy that accelerates digital delivery and provides technical talent to businesses. The firm operates through a decentralised network of regional clubs across the UK and Europe.

AND Digital has secured £8m in follow-on funding from BGF to support its ongoing expansion. The capital will be directed towards opening new regional offices and scaling operations in Europe, alongside creating hundreds of high-value digital jobs.

The business provides digital consultancy services and technical talent to a diverse client base ranging from corporate enterprises to public sector bodies and fast-growing startups. This latest transaction follows a period of rapid scaling for the consultancy, which operates through a network of autonomous local clubs.

BGF led the financing round, continuing its support as an existing partner in the firm's growth trajectory. The investment aims to address persistent digital skills shortages by combining immediate client delivery with long-term capability building.
