Amplience secures £32m from AshGrove Capital to support platform growth
AshGrove Capital has provided £32m to back the headless content management platform.
Amplience provides a headless content management platform that helps e-commerce brands and retailers manage digital content. The company enables enterprises to streamline content production using artificial intelligence features.
Amplience has raised £32m in a funding round provided by AshGrove Capital. The capital will be directed towards supporting company growth, advancing the product roadmap, and delivering further value to customers.
Founded in 2008, the London-based company offers a headless content management system and digital asset management solutions designed to improve e-commerce shopping experiences. The transaction marks the sixth investment from AshGrove Specialty Lending Fund II.
The business counts Farview Equity Partners and Octopus among its backers as it continues to develop generative artificial intelligence features for enterprise clients across North America and EMEA.
