London-based Ambr has secured £950k in pre-seed funding from Look AI Ventures, adding to a round led by Fuel Ventures. Additional backing came from Loyal VC, SeedBlink, APX, Pi Labs, Veridian Ventures, and Plug and Play. The capital will be directed towards enhancing the company artificial intelligence capabilities and developing predictive models for proactive stress management.
The startup deploys artificial intelligence to analyse data from everyday workplace tools, identifying patterns related to employee burnout and attrition without intruding on daily workflows. Clients include Uber and BSC Consulting, with early adopters reporting notable reductions in stress-related absences and staff turnover.
