Aliter Capital has completed an investment in digital microlearning specialist Skill Pill. The transaction integrates Skill Pill into Aliter's existing digital learning portfolio, which includes Sponge and Bolt. The combined group aims to strengthen its position in the growing learning technologies market by uniting bespoke content capabilities with subscription-based off-the-shelf offerings.
