AgriSound has secured financial backing from Anglia Capital Group to support the commercial rollout of its pollinator monitoring technology. The company has created acoustic sensors that detect insect wingbeats to help growers track and manage biodiversity in agricultural settings. The fresh capital will enable the firm to prepare for upcoming seasonal deployment and expand its operations.
The investment follows previous financial support from Innovate UK and aims to assist farmers in boosting fruit yields through targeted environmental interventions. Anglia Capital Group members participated in the round, drawn by the firm focus on environmental sustainability and agricultural biodiversity.
