Advanced Digital Innovation secures £2m Series A funding led by Mercia to expand patient app
The healthtech business raised the capital from Mercia, the Future Fund, and its founder to enhance its remote care platform.

Advanced Digital Innovation has secured £2m in Series A funding to expand the reach of its patient communication technology. The investment round was led by Mercia through NPIF, Mercia Equity Finance, alongside participation from the UK government's Future Fund and company founder Bob Gomersall.
The capital will be directed towards product enhancements and securing additional accreditations for wider NHS deployment. Based in Saltaire, the company intends to increase its headcount over the coming year to support growing demand driven by remote healthcare needs during the pandemic.
