Administrate secures £3.8m from NVM Private Equity to accelerate global expansion.
NVM Private Equity led the investment round with participation from Archangels and the Scottish Investment Bank.
Administrate provides a cloud based training and learning management platform that automates education delivery for organisations. The company serves a global client base from offices in Scotland, the United States and Lebanon.
Administrate has raised £3.8m in an investment round led by NVM Private Equity, with participation from existing backers Archangels and the Scottish Investment Bank. The Edinburgh based software provider will direct the capital toward accelerating its international expansion and advancing its platform development. NVM contributed £2.3m of growth capital to the total, with Aaron Lawson-Clark joining the company board as part of the transaction.
Operating from Scotland alongside international offices, Administrate provides cloud solutions for scheduling, resource management and student registration. The business currently employs over 80 people and has experienced particular momentum in North America over the past year.
