£9.5MSeries A

Acurable develops wearable medical technology designed to simplify the diagnosis and management of respiratory and cardiovascular conditions at home. The firm produces automated diagnostic devices intended to reduce clinical overhead and expand patient access.

Medical device manufacturer Acurable has secured £9.5m in a Series A financing round directed by Kibo Ventures. The capital will support the international distribution rollout of the company's flagship home sleep testing device alongside research into new diagnostic applications for chronic conditions.

The latest injection of funds follows recent commercial distribution agreements and builds upon earlier backing from existing investors including Mundi Ventures and Kindred Capital. Acurable intends to scale its presence across European territories and North America using the proceeds from the round.
