"At FCC, we believe in being forward-thinking, so investing in the latest waste sorting technology was an obvious choice. Recycleye Robotics is delivering the consistent purity in sorted material and reliable data that we need to run an effective facility"

The funding round was backed by a group of existing investors alongside a grant from the European Innovation Council.

"This is a very significant funding milestone in our mission to detect cancer early and improve survival and quality of life for patients. Having demonstrated our multi-cancer capability, we can now focus on building the pipeline of organ-specific tests, beginning with a multi-center study to gain regulatory approval for the brain cancer test. We will also expand our data on colorectal cancer, one of the leading causes of death worldwide, and continue our work on collaborative projects."
— Mark Hegarty, CEO
Series A

Valedor Partners joins existing backers Robert Bosch Venture Capital and OpenOcean in the Series A round.

"With its super small footprint, Sunlight is perfect for the low-power devices used at the edge of the network, one of the fastest-growing parts of corporate IT spend in everything from defense to energy, quick service retail, and manufacturing, where a new generation of apps requires instant processing and storage power. We could not be more excited to see Sunlight scale as it solves its customers’ pressing needs at the network edge for secure, high-performance solutions that are also hyper lean and easy to deploy and manage."
— David Bloch, Partner

Base10 Partners led the round to support platform development and international expansion.

"While working in fashion, it became clear to me that e-commerce was the future, but 2D websites were merely a tool that enabled an online purchase, but were lacking the customer journey and story-telling that brands are after. The solution was to bridge that gap, with the aim of making virtual experiences into the future of brands’ long-term e-commerce strategy."
